Hatha is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. Great for all levels

A flowing movement class designed to build heat and strength. This class will include backbends, hip openers, twists, and forward folds.  You can expect arm balances and inversions layered over solid foundations.

Yin invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia, all with the beautiful sounds of the Symphony Quartet washing over you! Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. A great way to finish your day at ONE.



Stage B, 10:00-11:00am

The first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series. You will be will guided through a series of Sun Salutations, standing postures, seated postures, and finishing postures using a few simple directions, some in Sanskrit. A few modification postures will be offered to those who need to modify for a better and safer practice. All levels of practitioners are welcome to join and experience this traditional practice of Ashtanga Yoga, we hope to see you on the mat!

Stage B, 12:45-1:30pm

Francesca Petrecca - Toledo Hot Room

Fusion is a dynamic set sequence of yoga postures that is a mix between Bikram, Vinyasa and Pilates. It maintains a basic format offering structure and continuity similar to Bikram, allowing the body to stretch and open up safely and more efficiently. Available to all levels this class will introduce new students to the Fusion method and challenge the most advanced students.

Diana Spiess - Essence Mind Body

A magical sound and vibrational experience, you will receive the powerful benefits and results of sound and vibration therapy and healing.  Diana will be joined live via remote for the second half hour by one of her Master Teachers and Mentor, David Hulse CVSMT, who will be answering questions and giving even more background to his historical studies and findings using sound and the pure ancient Solfeggio Frequencies and other specific tones.  David is the founder of SomaEnergetics and is a true leader in the field of sound and vibrational therapy and healing.

Take the water taxi down the Maumee River from Promenade Park to Middlegrounds MetroPark.  Certified Forest Therapy Guides Kim High and Jewels Daugherty will facilitate your immersion into the natural world through guided invitations that help you connect to the healing elements that the river and woodlands offer. The program lasts one hour and includes slow, leisurely walking of less than ½ mile. At the conclusion of your Nature Therapy session, the water taxi will drop you back at Promenade Park.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial for people with limited mobility and for those who want to practice yoga at their workplace.

Nancy Sloan - Tonic

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness.
